1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website(s), online platforms, learning management system (LMS), programs, and services operated under Yogbodhi Global University (“YGU”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Institutional Status

Yogbodhi Global University is a global digital knowledge and research institution operated under the aegis of Yogbodhi Liberty Foundation, a non-profit organization.

Yogbodhi Global University is not a statutory university under the UGC Act, 1956 and does not award UGC-recognized degrees.
Any application for statutory recognition, if and when pursued, shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Nature of Programs

YGU offers:

  • Certificate programs

  • Diplomas and advanced diplomas

  • Fellowships and executive education

  • Research-based and continuing education programs

No program offered by YGU shall be construed as a UGC-recognized degree, unless explicitly stated after statutory approval.

4. Eligibility

  • Programs are generally intended for adult learners (18+).

  • Specific eligibility criteria may apply to individual programs.

  • YGU reserves the right to accept or reject any application without obligation to provide reasons.

5. User Accounts & Access

  • Users may be required to create an account to access certain services.

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

  • Unauthorized sharing or misuse of accounts may result in suspension or termination.

6. Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • Program fees, if any, are disclosed at the time of enrollment.

  • Payments are subject to applicable taxes and gateway charges.

  • Refunds, cancellations, or withdrawals are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and LMS, including text, videos, course materials, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of YGU and/or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

8. Code of Conduct

Users agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with faculty, staff, and fellow learners

  • Not upload or share unlawful, offensive, or misleading content

  • Not misuse the platform for commercial, political, or harmful purposes

Violation may lead to suspension or termination of access.

9. Technology & Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted access, YGU does not guarantee that the website or LMS will be error-free or continuously available. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

10. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate third-party tools (payment gateways, video hosting, analytics, etc.). YGU is not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or performance of such third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • YGU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Use of programs and content is at the user’s own discretion and risk

12. Privacy

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

13. Modifications

YGU reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts at [Varanasi / Uttar Pradesh] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
