1. General Policy

Yogbodhi Global University offers online, digital, and graded learning programs delivered through structured modules, credit-based progression, and continuous access to learning resources.

Due to the intangible, digital, and progressive nature of these programs, fees once paid are non-refundable.

2. Stage-Based Payments

Program fees are collected in multiple stages aligned with:

Access to specific modules or credits
Academic progression
Learning milestones

Each payment grants immediate access to designated digital content and academic services for that stage.

Once access is granted, the corresponding payment cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred.

3. Cancellation by Learner

Learners may choose to discontinue participation at any stage.
No further payments will be required for future stages not yet activated.
Payments already made for accessed stages remain non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds shall not be granted for:

Non-usage of the platform
Change of personal circumstances
Failure to complete modules or assessments
Technical issues beyond reasonable control (where alternative access is provided)

Any exception, if considered, shall be at the sole discretion of Yogbodhi Global University.

5. Program Modifications

Yogbodhi Global University reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue any program.
In such rare cases, appropriate alternatives or academic adjustments may be offered, but no automatic refund is guaranteed.
